Fancy your own coffee bar in the office? We thought so. We’re on a mission to get brilliant coffee into brilliant workplaces, and we’ve teamed up with some seriously good roasters to make it happen.
Our two favourite coffee partners don’t just roast exceptional beans, they change lives while they’re at it. Redemption Roasters are helping tackle reoffending, one flat white at a time. Change Please has been fighting homelessness since 2015, proving that a really good coffee can do a lot more than wake you up.

Redemption Roasters
Redemption Roasters is the world’s first prison-based coffee company, equipping people at HMP The Mount and across its London coffee shops with barista and roastery skills that open doors to long-term employment.
And it works. Employed graduates reoffend at just 4%, compared with a national average of 42%. It’s proof that great coffee can do far more than brighten your morning.
Change please
Change Please is an award-winning social enterprise on a mission to end homelessness through great coffee. They train people experiencing homelessness as baristas, paying a living wage while supporting them into long-term employment and secure housing.
Born from a single coffee cart in Covent Garden in 2015, Change Please now reinvests 100% of its profits back into the mission. With over 79% of trainees progressing into ongoing employment, it’s proof that a simple cup of coffee can have an extraordinary impact.
